- Jack is now a whopping 23 pounds 8 ounces and in the 20th percentile of boys his age (yes, that is not much bigger than last time--he seems to be at a plateau, probably because he runs everywhere he goes).
- He is 32 inches long and in the 40th percentile for height among boys his age.
- Jackson knows more words than we give him credit for. Apparently he listens when we are talking to each other because recently he has taken to calling us "Tent" and "Ash". He will be across the house and start yelling "ASH" "ASH" "ASH" it took us a few days to figure out what he was saying, but now it makes me laugh so hard.
- Jack's favorite foods are apples and waffles-- anytime he hears the toaster ding he stops everything and yells "waffle!!!" (even if it is not a waffle cooking).
- Jack recently discovered his eye brows and he makes an angry face when he is feeling any emotion. He may be happy, but he looks at you like "what the heck?". It is pretty dang cute.
- Amazingly, his teeth have healed! Knock on wood, but his bottom teeth seem to be fully capable now (and yet, he still only has four teeth, he slightly resembles a beaver-- the cutest beaver ever though).
- Jack loves all things transportation. His favorite toys are things with wheels, especially buses, cars, and trains. It is so adorable, when we are driving, Jack is constantly announcing the vehicles we pass "A Bus!" "A tactor!" "A tuck!" "A caar!" "A train!"
- Jack has made some very good friends here in Provo and he LOVES to socialize, though confrontation is not really his thing, usually if another kid is mean he just gets a really sad face and runs to hug me, I keep thinking "come on, stand up for yourself!" (but that is me being over protective and I should be grateful he is not a fighter).
- All of the sudden we have a little peeping-tom on our hands, lately Jack will stand in front of the window for long periods of time just to watch the parked cars and the occasional person walk by. It is hilarious.

All-in-all, Jack is the sunshine in our lives. We thank Heaven every single day that he was sent to us. We love everything about him.
